A global organisation are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits functionality in SuccessFactors HCM. The hiring stakeholder would be happy with virtual/home working from anywhere in the UK.
Reporting into the Compensation & Benefits workstream lead, your remit will be to conduct fit-gap analysis, crystallise C&B process requirements, advise on functionality and deliver light configuration and testing of the new processes.
You will also be responsible for engaging with other workstream leads to ensure SuccessFactors C&B functionality is integrated appropriately with Employee Central, Recruitment/Onboarding and other modules being implemented.
Overall, the key is to isolate and identify the most critical Comp & Bens process changes SuccessFactors will impact and ensure that all new processes in the C&B module meet the business requirements.
- Must have experience of SuccessFactors Compensation & Benefits module (Employee Compensation) in Functional / Business Analyst capacity
- Track-record of configuration and testing of in-system processes of SuccessFactors;
- Good stakeholder engagement - with experience of engaging HR stakeholders in 1:1 or workshop environment
- Comfortable in working with large project teams.
