An international financial services organisation is currently seeking a Group Head of Workday HRIS to drive all aspects of HRIS strategy, operational HR IT delivery and related project activity.
Reporting into the Group Head of HR Operations, you will take full responsibility for shaping the future of the entire HRIS eco-system with Workday HRIS at the core, man-manage a local HRIS team, 3rd party vendors and senior level stakeholders. You will also drive BAU Workday HRIS delivery, identify key projects to move towards a seamless HR systems platform, and integrate the HRIS eco-system with aim of aligning IT and HR strategies effectively.
The organisation is in a position where a significant investment is being made into HRIS, and this role is critical to both managing the budget, but also ensure that it is utilised effectively for maximum benefit. There will also be an opportunity to potentially create a global HRIS Centre of Excellence across the entire business.
Skills & Experience required:
- Track-record of holding an HRIS Manager position where Workday is/has been the core HRIS platform;
- Business-focused outlook with an emphasis to ensure the HRIS platform maximises HR service delivery and value to business stakeholders;
- Experience in managing multiple 3rd parties and internal HR systems teams;
- Experience of planning and delivering HR systems improvements and replacements whilst balancing BAU activity
