A UK-wide engineering organisation is seeking a Workday Systems Manager to lead their team of HR system team, be responsible for overall HR experience and drive HR service delivery. This role is focused on identifying key priorities for continuous improvement and process optimisation, act as the point of expertise for Workday and lead the HRIS team.
You will be the leading authority on Workday and HRIS related matters and work closely IT, HR, Finance and wider business to ensure the HRIS meets business requirements and take a leadership role in multiple cross-functional projects.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with HRIS SaaS products – ideally Workday
- Strong understanding of the impact on HRIS on wider business systems and IT eco-systems across an organisation
- Reporting skills
- Project experience of implementation, continuous improvement and optimisation of HR systems/HRIS – ideally within a Cloud environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
