A major Consumer Goods organisation is seeking an Interim Business Change & Comms Manager to work on their major HR transformation programme. The underpinning change is HR systems related where new functionality is being introduced which will significantly impact the ways of working across the HR and Line manager community with further impact on over 45,000 employees.
Reporting into the Head of HR Programmes, you remit will be to lead the development of the change management strategy, approach and toolkit whilst working closely with the HR technology Project managers and HR process experts to ensure that a best practice change management approach is adopted.
You will also lead and co-ordinate a network of change champions, facilitate “change workshops” to enable effective skills transfer and drive an integrated change approach which takes Communications, Training, Transition and Technology changes into account.
From a communications standpoint, you responsibilities will include: leading the design and implementation of HR programme team, programme and end-user communications whilst also planning and delivering programme events.
The required background and track-record required for the role is:
- Track-record of delivering Business Change & Communications in large scale Programmes – ideally within HR functions;
- Proven track-record of extensive hands-on delivery of business change and communications in addition to developing a robust business change approach and strategy;
- Experience of delivering change through building internal networks;
- Excellence stakeholder engagement skills and emotional intelligence;
