An integrated facilities services business is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner / Employee Engagement Lead to design, and project manage the large-scale delivery of Employee Surveys.
Reporting into the HR Director, your remit will be to liaise with your client group (240+ employees) to ensure their engagement, design appropriate action plans and collaborative with the wider HR team to execute suitable interventions and cascade all relevant communications.
The critical outcome is to ensure that the target client group actively participates in the Employee survey process and effective capture of data inform future HR solutions.
- Excellent track-record of both creating and managing employee survey’s
- Experience of writing and delivering employee communications
- Have a structured project management approach
- Experience of defining suitable HR interventions to improve employee satisfaction scores
