A global medical devices organisation is seeking an Interim HR Portal & Content Lead to join then for an initial period of 6 months.
With dual reporting lines into the IT and HR team, your mandate will be to support their IT transformation initiative by creating, managing and deploying their HR Portal content. In addition to this, you responsibilities will also iunclude:
- Define design standards for the HR portal;
- Work closely with the Content Team to support the development of policies and guidelines;
- Undertake administrative duties for the HR portal;
- Support the deployment of HR portal to international markets
You will have a track-record of:
- Previous experience as a content manager for HR portals;
- High aptitude with Visio and MS Office;
- Customer/User centric mindset;
- Exposure to CRM and Social Media tools
