A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an Interim HR Project/Programme Manager to build and roll-out a Apprenticeship Scheme for the organisation.
Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for building an achievable marketing plan to meet the hiring strategy, work closely with the resourcing team to track headcount and forecasting and Diversity & Inclusion activity.
The foundational element of the role is to build a holistic approach across all relevant parts of HR operations and manage the budget, programme deliverables, and internal/external engagement plan.
Background & Experience required:
- A track-record of creating, managing and delivering successful Apprenticeship or Graduate Recruitment projects for multisite organisations;
- Financial services experience;
- Excellent understanding of wider HR operations processes and procedures in large scale organisations;
- Ability to forge excellent external working relationships
