An established Logistics and Transport organisation is seeking an Interim HR Project Manager to baseline a diverse range of HR projects.
Reporting to the Head of PMO, your role will be to work closely with various Heads of HR to review, re-define the baseline their business unit HR projects. The key desired outcome is for the PMO function to understand the overall maturity of their HR project portfolio whilst having clear visibility of which HR initiatives are likely to meet the current strategic HR objectives.
This assignment will require a strong understanding of high-level HR strategy as it relates to wider corporate outcomes and detailed project management. You will be required to build trusting relationships across the HR community, PMO and senior stakeholders when presenting the findings.
- An excellent grasp of structured project management methodologies - ideally with multiple HR based project deliveries:
- Either an HR operations, HR Business Partner or HR project manager background:
- Investigative, analytical and forensic approach;
- Excellent stakeholder manager who adapts quickly
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR practitioner with a very strong project management background (or BIG-4 consulting background) to support an organisation ahead of a major change programme.
