A global corporate organisation is currently undertaking a major HR transformation programme. They are currently seeking an Interim HR Services Transition Lead to help deliver the go-live of a range of new technologies in their global HR service centre and embed their new organisational design.
Reporting into the global workstream lead, your remit will lead on the implementation of a range of new HR services technologies (plan, test, deploy), support the overall transition efforts of migrating HR activities to new global locations, and formulate/embedd new operational standards within the HR services. This will include elements such as developing an HR service catalogue, crytallise case management procedures and support hypecare efforts upon go-live.
- Strong track-record of delivering HR services on a global basis, along with a demonstrable history of delivering new initatives/technologies within a global HR services setting;
- Experience of co-ordinating, managing and completing service rehearsal, UAT and hypercare for new HR service technologies;
- Strong grasp of systems, processes and procedures in HR operations;
- Highly solutions orientated, delivery focused and a strong bias for task completion
