A global professional services organisation is seeking an Interim Head of HR Services to support their HR transformation programme for an initial 6-month assignment.
Reporting into the VP of HR, you will be responsible for the shaping the HR Service Delivery strategy and implement new people, process and technology across HR operations which aligns with the new HR Target Operating Model.
As well as shaping this internal services, you will also engage with their established Offshore HR Outsourcing provider and integrate transactional HR processes and improve their overall delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
Skills & Experience required:
- Track-record of creating HR Shared Services functions and operational leadership of HR Shared Services teams;
- Experience of improving the service delivery capability and performance of off-shore HR Service providers;
- Track-record of identifying HR process and HR technology improvement opportunities and aligning initiatives with larger HR transformation programme outcomes;
- Demonstrable experience of leading HR service delivery across multiple countries;
