An international internet technology organisation is seeking an Interim HR Systems Analyst (Workday) to support their initiative of continuous improvement of HR processes.
Reporting into the Head of HR Systems (Workday) and working closely with the HR operations team, your remit will be to support the development of the global HR processes, tools and systems. Specifically, you will be working in a hands-on capacity with Workday to ensure that the current employee life cycle processes are executed to a high standard and within the required timescales. You will also be responsible for leading systems changes, helping the upgrade process, aid reporting, and ensure the maintenance of accurate people data in Workday.
Experience and skills required:
- Experienced HR systems analyst with a track-record of executing various processes in Workday;
- Track-record of consistently engaging with HR and business stakeholder communities to translate technical requirements/issues in operational terms;
- Ideally a track-record of working within HR operations teams;
- Resourceful individual who can effectively balance project activity and BAU
