A global support services business is seeking an Interim Project Lead to conduct an in-depth audit and review of their Recruitment / Resourcing function. Reporting into the Head of HR Operations - with a specific focus on their UK operations – your remit will be to engage with the UK Recruitment Manager, hiring stakeholders and wider HR community to establish key areas of improvement in recruitment delivery and employee experience.
The recommendations should be aligned with the wider HR strategy of the business and focus on operational basics as well as long term outcomes for the Recruitment function. This will also include a review of the headcount, process, systems and best practice frameworks for the resourcing team.
The main deliverable is to create a report which crystallises the key recommendations that the HR department can subsequently implement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A track-record of shaping and delivering change in in-house Resourcing / Recruitment functions;
- Strong awareness of best practice frameworks (KPIs, Competency based interview techniques etc), processes and systems for in-house Recruitment functions;
- Engaging manner which builds credibility quickly;
- Background in operational Recruitment roles;
